The refund came through fast. It was just bad timing on my end, so the whole thing felt more stressful than it probably needed to be.

I’ve ordered shirts from a few places before where the package shows up crushed or the clothes have that weird warehouse smell, so I was happy to see my RotoWear order arrive in really good shape. The box wasn’t banged up, and everything inside was folded neatly with no damage at all. It just felt like they took a little extra care to make sure it didn’t get messed up during shipping. Small detail, but I definitely noticed it. I’d order from them again.

My order did show up eventually, but the shipping was slow compared to what I expected. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “it’s on the way and tracking should update soon,” which was helpful, but I still wish it had arrived faster.

I mostly found what I was looking for and the selection was decent, but a few of the sizes I wanted were already sold out, which was a little disappointing because I had items picked out in my head and was ready to check out, but overall it was still a okay shopping experience.

I wouldn’t really say it was worth it. The shipping took longer than I expected, and by the time it showed up I was already kind of over it. I know delays happen, I had a package of socks get lost once for like two weeks, which was weirdly more annoying than it should’ve been — but still, this just felt slow. Overall, not the best experience.

I got this shirt last week and wasn’t expecting it to be this soft!!! It fits really well too, but the softness is definitely what stood out the most!!! I’ve already been wearing it around the house a bunch because it’s just so comfy!!!

Customer service was okay, not the worst. I messaged about my order and didn’t hear back for a couple of days, which was kind of frustrating. They did eventually answer my question, but it felt a little rushed and not super clear. Also, the way my order was handled seemed careless, like nobody was really paying attention to the details. It got sorted out, but I wish the whole thing had been quicker and handled with more care.

I had a bit of a sizing issue, but they handled it really quickly... support got back to me fast and sorted the replacement without any hassle. Super easy experience overall

I ended up ordering from RotoWear because the shirt designs pulled me in. They’re funny in a low-key way and way more creative than the same old sports shirts I usually see. The site was easy to use too. I kind of blame myself for lingering too long, because I found more shirts I wanted than I planned on buying. Overall, I’m really happy with the order.

I ordered a shirt from rotowear.com, the print came out better than I was expecting. The colors look clean and bright, and the design doesn’t have that blurry or cheap look some printed shirts can have.

I did kind of wish the ordering or care instructions were a little clearer, just so I knew exactly what to expect and how to wash it the first time. I’ve washed it once so far, though, and the print still looks good.

Overall, I’m happy with the shirt. If I come across another design I like, I’d probably order from them again
